👉The structural support frame is the only ground contact treated pine wood on the unit, designed for proper long-term load support in “wet use” and rated “garden safe”. See this link explaining why it’s rated “garden safe”. The unit comes lined with gardent fabric.

👉The cedar is untreated western red - “food safe” and “human safe” for inadvertent hand-to-mouth touch areas, rated for wet applications like garden, and is much longer lasting than common use treated pine above-ground rated.
👉No rot deckscrews, wood colored for appearance.
👉A UV-rated bed liner covering rim to rim is included, allowing proper drainage and air to roots, but holds dirt from slipping out the drains.
👉We dig through hundreds of boards so that the visible parts of the box are top quality. CARE: Cedar is naturally rot and insect resistant, however you can UV stain/seal for color preservation for extra life once it has *adequately dried*. The soil used MUST be rated for raised beds as it will be a lighter soil. Ask us for a homemade mix recipe.
